In order to anticipate increased
public demand on drinking water service, PERPAMSI and
DAPENMA PAMSI feel it is necessary to develop the human
resources in drinking water management through a structured
education and training program, regular and sustainable
by establishing an educational foundation known as Tirta
Dharma Educational Foundation domiciled in Jakarta.
To participate in assisting the drinking water company
in supplying as well as improving the professionality
of human resources, quantitatively as well as qualitatively.

Formal education covering
diploma program, advanced educational program and remote
learning with training certification of training, skill
and management (certification and non-certification)
and training for seminar instructors, workshop, exchange

Formal education will be held at activity units, while
other education and training programs may be held in
other towns or regions in accordance with condition
and needs.

• Program Diploma: D1, D2, D3. Target of 450 students,
comprising, 335 PDAM staff and 115 private students.
• Master education, target 95 students to follow
programs in country as well as abroad.
Long Distance Course
• For diploma, technical and non technical education
• Development of 8 programs and 34 courses for
680 students.
Career Management Functional
Training
• Development of entrepreneur practice
• Strategic Management

• Preparations for change in Limited Company (PT)
status.
Target : 400 managers trained within the first five

• Managing of PDAM
