Introduction
YKPP PAMSI is the abbreviation of Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai dan Pensiunan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Seluruh Indonesia which was established by Notary Act No. 159 dated 24 February 1999 (H.M. Afdal Gazali, SH) under the auspices of PERPAMSI and DAPENMA PAMSI.

Activities
The management structure of the foundation consists of a Board of Members, a Board of Commissioners, a Board of Managers, and a Board responsible for daily operations. The purpose and objective of the foundation is to provide support to PDAM employees and pensioners in case of:

1. Severe illness or death.
2. Unemployment.
3. Special medical needs (pensioners and their families only).
4. Other special needs.

To achieve the above objective, YKPP undertakes several activities, which include the following:

• manage the funds owned by the foundation;
• implement the statutes of the foundation;
• in cooperation with other institutions / organizations / bodies, implement revenue-generating activities conform existing rules regulations; and
• implement other activities conform existing rules regulations.

From its inception on 1 September 2001, YKPP PAMSI has been implementing a pension program for PDAM employees and pensioners throughout Indonesia under the name 'PROGRAM HARI TUA PLUS YKPP PAMSI” which consists of two (2) types: Type A and – you guessed – Type B.
