Introduction
The Training and Education Foundation Tirta Dharma will conduct various training courses in the year 2003. The training locations will be Jakarta, Magelang (at the site of the Technical School) , Medan (at the site of the Regional Training Centre) and Makassar (at the site of the Regional Training Centre).

The main training topics will be:
• strategic management for four levels of management;
• construction, operation and maintenance of distribution networks;
• water quality monitoring and analysis;
• computer applications for network modelling and optimalization;
• equipment maintenance and repair;
• accounting and billing;
• customer service; and
• benchmarking.
