General questions
Q: Who is PERPAMSI?
A: PERPAMSI is the Indonesian abbreviation of 'The association of Indonesian drinking water companies'. At present, about 300 water enterprises in the country are regular members of the Persatuan Perusahaan Air Minum di Seluruh Indonesia; in addition, there are over 60 extraordinary members who are working in the field of water supply (suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, etc.).

Q: How does virtual shopping work?
A: If you want to order a product or service, just click the order button (see example below) and follow the on-screen instructions. If you change your mind, you can always exit the ordering process until the last step, in which we will ask you to pay us.

A: We accept payment in By credit card or bank transfer If you would like to pay with credit card,

Q: How are shipping charges calculated ?
A: Shipping charges only apply if you want us to send you a CD-ROM or report by courier. The amount is Rp. 25,000 per CD-ROM or report for shipping within Indonesia (using PHP), and US$ 20 for shipping to addresses outside Indonesia (using FedEx). For more information on shipping, click here.

Q: Which credit cards can I use?
A: PERPAMSI accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Q: I want to pay by credit card in Rupiah. Is that possible?
A: No, we only accept credit card payments in US Dollars. It is possible, however, to pay in Rupiah by bank transfer.

Q: Can I return a product to PERPAMSI?
A: If you have received a corrupted PDF file, please send an email to sales@perpamsi.org and we will re-send you the file. If you have received a faulty CD-ROM or incomplete report, please return the item to PERPAMSI, and we will re-send you a correct version. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: PERPAMSI bills your credit card at the point of sale. Once you finished the check-out process your credit card will be charged. We collect payment at the time the order is placed to ensure that your products are reserved until they can be shipped to you.

Q: Will I be charged VAT?
A: No, as a government-approved foundation, PERPAMSI is tax-exempt.

Q: How will I know my order has been processed?
A: If you provide us with your email address we will send you an email order confirmation moments after your order is processed. You will be given a transaction number to reference if you need to contact us for any reason.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Shipping information for each product is displayed on each product page. Each time a part of your order is shipped you will receive an email with a list of the products in that shipment. You should expect to receive the order in 5 business days or less, from the date it is shipped.

Q: How do I track my package on-line?
A: Each time a part of your order is shipped you will receive an email with a list of the products in that shipment. The email will also show a FedEx tracking number. You can use this number on the Federal Express website to check the status of your package.
